She’s been working in pharmacy since she was 19. Assistant at first. First graduating class of the Humber technician program when it was only open to assistants with 40+ years experience as they trialled out curriculum. Worked for a nursing home pharmacy and Telus Health when they were trialling their Ubik software (before they bought Kroll). Also a licensed travel agent.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond. They were the only compounding pharmacy who sourced out the pharmaceuticals needed for my prescription to be filled. When other pharmacies turned me away, they made several calls to make it happen. I switched to them as my main pharmacy and have been thrilled with the customer service over the last year. Thank you for the warm smiles and hard work.

Excellent We speak Spanish and a little English, and they often have the patience to understand me and them. Thank you for that. It's an excellent pharmacy, and its staff is very friendly. My son's medications are always ready the same day as soon as they get the prescription, they call you to let you know. Amazing pharmacy!! Very professional, kind and accommodating. They bill directly to insurance which most compounding pharmacies don't do. My son's med is filled every ten days and even if I call late, they have it ready for the same day. Absolutely wonderful pharmacist. So kind and compassionate, always.

My son has a medication that no one else in town could make and they quickly sourced everything and the communication with their updates was timely and awesome. Since then, they have always filled the prescriptions quickly, kept the ingredients on hand to ensure they can always provide the medication for my son and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t know about them before this but cannot say enough good things and would never hesitate to use them or recommend them!

This pharmacy is in a easy, quiet to get to location downtown. Love the staff, very attentive and helpful. I started coming here to get our family vaccines, and had such caring service I am switching over to this pharmacy. Highly recommend! Added Bonus ... Sugar shack desserts is next door !
